Fact and Fiction

NPR reports today that a major chain store is returning looted artifacts from the Iraqi National Museum. This kind of looting is a theft of an entire culture, and while human lives are more important, this still affects everyone. It’s where I got the idea for Dark Heat. Gilgamesh, by the way, is a great tale, and I highly recommend it. My favorite translation is the Stephen Ferry one.
